What is Conscious Connected Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful practice to move stuck energy and emotions held within the bodies just from simply breathing.

What happens in a breathwork session

The breathing pattern is a continual conscious connected breath, without pauses after the in and out-breath. The breather keeps a continuous rhythmic breath for 15-45 min.

Why this type of breathing

As one keeps a rhythmic breath it awakens old thoughts, feeling and emotions, which allows the energy of emotions to transform.

What are the benefits of conscious connected breathwork

The continuation of breathing helps to move subconscious stuck energies from our body. It alters consciousness and increases oxygen levels. It's a session that gives a vital boost to life through healing with the breath.
